Based on BarOn EQ-i, EQ-360 assesses emotional intelligence (EQ) from a multirater perspective.  With EQ-360, observer ratings are compared with the results of a standard EQ-i self-assessment that has been completed by the individual of focus.  A more complete 360-degree profile emerges in which external impressions of a persons EQ are combined with that persons self-rating.  EQ-360 employs a rating scale that is similar to that of BarOn EQ-i.

EQ-360 employs a third person, five-point rating scale ranging from 'Very Seldom True of This Person' to 'Very Often True of this Person'.  The results of this process can be fed back to the individual in a SWOT-strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats-format.

EQ-360 is ideal for use in corporate environments where developing successful human interaction in leadership, team, and the entire organisation is crucial.

EQ-360 identifies key employee strengths and identifies impediments to high performance and factors that could be improved or further developed.  The assessment process can also be used to follow-up where formal coaching is used as a developmental strategy in EQ 'skill enhancement', and where reassessment is used to measure progress.

The strength of EQ-360 lies mainly in its ability to improve the connections between individuals and their peers, subordinates, and superiors to enhance performance in the organisation as a whole.

EQ-360 is currently offered in online format for use with MHS Scoring Organiser.  MHS Scoring Organiser is an internet-based client management program and is free with your purchase of MHS online reports.  MHS Scoring Organiser helps you manage all your MHS online asssessment tools.  You can instantly generate reports and customise them to suit your purpose.  You can then save them, print them, export them, or integrate the results with your MHS Professional Tool Suite software programs.  You can also track your report uses.

The EQ-360 Report includes your choice of one of the following EQ-i self reports:

(b)   EQ-i Development Report
(c)   EQ-i Business Report
