Description

BarOn EQ-i: S is designed to measure emotional intelligence when a detailed assessment is not posible or necessary.  The 51-item instrument was developed following the theoretical model of the 133-item BarOn EQ-i.

EQ-i:S provides a quick and simple method of scoring and interpreting the EQ-i total score and the five EQ-i composite scales: Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Adaptability, Stress Management and General Mood.  This instrument also contains a Positive Impression Scale and an Inconsistency Index to help ensure the validity of responses.

The Complete Assessment Set contains all the materials required for each respondent: Instruction pages, one Quikscore Form, Profile Sheets (male/female), Profile Graphs (male/female), one Interpretive Guide and one Feedback Report.  The Interpretive Guide and Feedback Report provide descriptions of the meaning of the five EQ-i scale scores, identify strengths and areas in need of development, and suggest strategies to improve emotional intelligence.

BarOn EQ-i:S is ideal for use in clinical, educational, research and corporate settings.

The BarOn EQ-i:S is also available to admniister online and enables you to generate an Online Feedback Report.
