Shipping

PAA distributes assessment materials to appropriately qualified customers within Australia and New Zealand only.

All goods ordered requiring shipping will incur a freight/handling charge as follows:

• Australian Customers
  Add 5% of the order value for freight/handling (to a maximum of $55 incl gst.)
  
• New Zealand Customers
  Add 10% of the order value for freight/handling (to a maximum of $100 excl gst.)

Orders are generally filled within 24 hours, pending stock availability.  Clients will be notified if goods ordered are unavailable.  However, if an order is urgent, customers are advised to contact PAA in the first instance.

Paper goods are despatched from our Sydney office to Australian and NZ customers.

Filled orders to New Zealand will be shipped by airmail and customers should allow approximately 7-10 days for delivery.

Filled orders to Australian capital cities and metropolitan areas will be shipped overnight by express post or another similar method.  Customers in country or regional areas of Australia should allow 4-5 days for delivery.

Filled orders for online and computer report usages which are transferable by internet/phone will not incur handling/freight charges.

Postage at cost will be charged to customers for the return of reports from PAA's Scoring Bureau Service.
