Shipping

PAA distributes assessment materials to appropriately qualified customers within Australia and New Zealand only.

All goods ordered requiring shipping will incur a freight/handling charge as follows:

  • Australian Customers
    Add 5% of the order value for freight/handling (to a maximum of $55 incl gst.)
  • New Zealand Customers
    Add 10% of the order value for freight/handling (to a maximum of $100 excl gst.)

Orders to New Zealand will be shipped by airmail and customers should allow approximately 7 days for delivery.

Orders to Australian capital cities and metropolitan areas will be shipped overnight. Customers in country or regional areas of Australia should allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Orders for online and computer report usages which are transferable by internet/phone will not incur handling/freight charges.

Postage at cost will be charged to customers for the return of reports from PAA's Scoring Bureau Service.
