Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA) 1-day Workshop

This one-day workshop is for coaches, facilitators, trainers, human resource managers and consultants wishing to learn how to utilise this tool to implement successful EI strategies with their clients or organisation.

The Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA) offers a complete package for conducting a dynamic workshop that is designed to introduce EI into any organisation no matter how large or small.

The Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment allows you to:

  • Quickly and accurately measure emotional intelligence
  • Provide a framework for discussion, coaching, and growth
  • Facilitate a complete workshop in a full or 1 1/2-day format
Inclusions:

Workshop costs includes all materials used during the workshop.  Each participant will receive the EISA Deluxe Set package that contains:

  • A facilitator's guide complete with a flash drive of PowerPoint slides for use in the workshop, agendas, scripts, and sample invitation letters
  • A copy of the EQ Edge: Emotional Intelligence and Your Success by Steven Stein
  • A sample Participant Workbook
  • The EISA: Self (print)

Morning and afternoon teas and a light lunch are provided, unless otherwise indicated.

Workshop numbers limited for small group size.

Workshop Registration:

  • Registration closes one calendar month prior to workshop commencement date.
  • Full Payment is required with registration.

Conditions of Booking:

  • PAA advise registrants to ensure flexibility for change, cancellation or refund of airfares and/or accommodation bookings in the event the workshop dates are changed or cancelled.  PAA will not be held liable for reimbursement of any travel costs incurred in the event the workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registrations.
