PAA supports the professional use of our products by conducting a series of certification and professional development training workshops each year.

Emotional Intelligence Certification Workshops

Our internationally-recognised certification workshops support our range of world-famous emotional intelligence tools and are conducted by a Certified EI Trainer. Workshops vary in duration from 1, 2 or 3 days dependant upon the course selected.

Our emotional intelligence assessment tools require certification for those who do not have the requisite educational qualifications. Certification is also recommended for those who need an in-depth knowledge of an instrument.

By attending a certification workshop, you will not only have become qualified to purchase the instrument, you will also learn more about interpreting results, engage in hands-on experience in an informal dynamic atmosphere, acquire an indepth understanding of the instrument's effective and responsible use, learn necessary skills for providing feedback, and have an opportunity to practice applying the instrument with real-world examples.

Professional Development Training Workshops

PAA also conduct various professional development training workshops each year on assessment products and/or topics of interest to professionals. We invite both international and local academics or experienced practitioners to share their expertise for our workshops. Full-time student discounts are offered.

Workshops generally cover topics such as the theoretical background of the instruments, their development, use and interpretation. These workshops are conducted in major Australian and New Zealand cities, or in association with large conferences.

Customised In-House Workshops

PAA also offer customised in-house workshops for organisations requiring group training/certification.
